Job Title:Administrative assistant
Job Location: Princeton, Indiana, Job Site Customer location
Job Responsibilities
- Maintain all required documents in the project books
- Process expense invoices for approval & send to Troy office
- Send, receive, and distribute mail and overnight deliveries
- Assist new hires in completing the required paperwork and review for completeness.
- Compile time records and enter into ADP system for payroll processing, including expense reports
- Answer phones/ greet customers, subcontractors and suppliers
- Assist project team in typing correspondence, faxing and receiving
- Understand and follow our ISO 9001:2000 Corporate Quality Manual and Procedures.
- Perform all duties in compliance with the TKS and customer's Safety Programs
- Ensure subcontractor daily reports are completed on time
- Maintain good relations with customers
- Maintain Project Labor Agreement (PLA) documentation
- Order office trailer support material when needed (paper, Pens, water, toiletries, Ect).
TECHNICAL SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE
- Intermediate level mastery of the following applications: Intranet, Excel, Outlook, Word, Adobe Reader
- Experience with ADP Workforce Now or other electronic timekeeping system prefered.
